With over 25 years of experience in transforming properties, I’ve had the privilege of turning countless houses into dream homes. My expertise in real estate trends, renovation techniques, and market dynamics has helped establish Grake Homes as a trusted name in the industry.

Hello, I’m Manuel Baez, and I serve as the Director of Operations at Grake Homes. With over six years of experience in residential redevelopment—including running my own company—I’ve gained invaluable insights into building strong, forward-thinking organizations. My passion for development and commitment to excellence guide me in creating meaningful success in every project we undertake.
What sets me apart is my decade of service in law enforcement, where I developed qualities that remain at the core of who I am: integrity, perseverance, resilience, passion, discipline, and dedication. These values, combined with a deep compassion for people, allow me to serve a greater purpose that I believe I’ve been called to fulfill.
